Things are starting to grow outside, this is very exciting. Also, feeling much better, except now I have to show up on a Monday for my last day of placement. Then again, that's what happened last time too.

Today was a home sick sort of unispired sort of day. Did some school work, played some DS, and slept. That's about it.

A bit of a dreary Sunday, saw me with a lot of work to do and a lot of sleep to get. I did better with one than I did with the other.

First full week of my placement, complete. And I'm completely pooped.

I went to Fandom, and didn't play a card. I just hung out with some girls, some guys, and John.

How is it a day that started so cold can end so pleasant? Also, taught the kids at placement how to play dominion today. It was so cool to see a bunch of them really get it.

Started my placement today. The difference between working in a school and working in a daycare is huge, even if it's school age children I'm working with. Not too thrilled with the split shift either, but I sort of knew I would be doing that when I took this up. I'm a lot less nervous after my placement now after my first day.

Jen has gone home now, with the costume we (read: she) were making. Tomorrow I start my next placement, I'm a little less enthused about this. I haven't been able to shake feeling tired, so I can just hope that I get back into a rhythm and that balances things out.
Meanwhile, we're getting signs of life, from buds on trees to early flowers. Hopefully we don't get that snow they tell us every other day we might get.
