So my group will be doing a presentation on rocks and stones. We did a sink and float test to see what rocks would sink. Yes, I know it sounds silly, but one of them did end up floating.

Today was single handedly the grossest day I have ever worked at the Daycare. Not going to get into details, nor do I really blame the kids involved (well, a little bit, they should know better) but really, really gross. The kind of gross that makes you come home and change your clothes.
Also, lots of rain + Ottawa Sens Game + Traffic = My not going to class this evening. Wasn't worth it and I had enough to do as it was.

Exam, again. This only leaves 3 more to go (well, 2.5 since 2 of the exams are for one class). I think I hate myself a little for what James and I decided to do afterwards. At least I can say I tried that Double Down thing... gah. It's like a chicken and salt sandwich.

You know what's sad? The amount of poor, killed pumpkins splattered in the streets the days after Halloween.

You know what's amazing to have? An exam at 8am the morning right after Halloween. At least the exam was rather easy. I can tell from more than a few people's eyes that it was a little early for them to be up and awake the day after Halloween.

I love Halloween, always have and always will. I've already loved things like witches, ghosts and goblins, and it's the one night of the year everyone else shares that passion too. Mix in some costumes, toss in come candy, and you have the best night in the year. While I kept it a little more low key this year than usual, I still loved every minute of it.

Gearing up for an excellent weekend. Have all the character (so far) made for my Orpheus game which I am running on Saturday, then Sunday is Halloween! Next week... it looks a lot less fun...

Today makes picture 300! 65 days to go for the rest of the year!

I really have to say this year has moved by so incredibly quickly. I don't know if it's because I have been constantly busy this past year or whether being aware of each day as it passes and giving it a number makes the passage of time seem to move faster... but I can't believe 300 pictures have already gone by.
